We offer a 30-day return policy for all shipments within the United States. You have exactly 30 days from the documented date of delivery to request a formal return authorization. To initiate your process, please contact our support desk at info@fashionbodysuit.com before shipping any items back.
3. Return Eligibility & Condition
To ensure your return is accepted and processed successfully, items must meet the following baseline hygiene and quality criteria:
- Garments must be returned in their original packaging, including all interior tags, labels, and accompanying inserts.
- Bodysuits and clothing items must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Hygiene Protection: For health and safety reasons, bodysuits cannot be accepted for a return if the protective hygiene strip has been removed, torn, or tampered with.
- Parcels must be securely packed to prevent any transit damage on their way back to our New York facility.
4. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs
Restocking Fees: We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Fashion Bodysuit charges **no restocking or handling fees ($0.00)** for processing returns.
Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns (e.g., preference changes, incorrect sizing selected, or items that do not suit your style), the cost of return shipping to our US center is covered covered by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost return items.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a logistical error on our end, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In these instances, Fashion Bodysuit will completely assume or fully reimburse the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Window & Processing
Once your return package arrives at our New York facility and successfully undergoes a formal inspection, refunds are processed within 7 business days. All credits are issued directly to the original payment method utilized at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal). You will automatically receive a final electronic confirmation email when the transaction is finalized. Final billing visibility depends on your bank provider.
6. Cancellations & Delivery Modifying
If you need to change your delivery parameters, adjust sizes, or cancel your purchase, please contact us immediately. We handle adjustments up until our daily cutoff time of 3:00 PM (EST / Eastern Standard Time). Once an order is processed by our international fulfillment nodes, changes or immediate cancellations can no longer be guaranteed, and standard return policies apply.
