Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship to my state? Yes! We offer shipping across the entire United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Currently, we focus exclusively on the U.S. market to ensure a dedicated and reliable service.

How much does shipping cost? At Fashion Bodysuit, we believe in simple pricing. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the USA, with no minimum purchase required.

Will I have to pay import duties or customs fees? No. We ship all orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We handle all international import logistics and fees; you will not receive surprise bills from the courier.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–13 business days.

  • Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major secure payment methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encrypted systems.

Can I modify or cancel my order? To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us at info@fashionbodysuit.com within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may already be in our fulfillment flow.

Is my personal information secure? Absolutely. We follow the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) and industry-standard security protocols. We do not sell your data, and we never store your full credit card information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Can I return a bodysuit if I tried it on? Due to federal health and hygiene regulations for intimate apparel, we can only accept returns if the hygiene seal is intact and the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for a refund.

How do I start a return? Please email info@fashionbodysuit.com with your order number.

  • Important: Do not ship items to our administrative office in Bristol, UK. We will provide you with the authorized return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Change of Mind/Size: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: If we made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will cover 100% of the return costs or send a free replacement.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my perfect fit? Bodysuits should feel like a second skin! We recommend checking our Size Guide (available on each product page). If you are between sizes or have a longer torso, we generally suggest sizing up for maximum comfort.
